Here's a tip, free of charge. Instead of version numbers (v1, v2, v3, etc.), use the date and time (YYYYMMDDHHMM) Example: Client_Project_v202501031036.mp4 That's the version from 1/3/2025 at 10:36am. Any time you sort alphabetically, your most recent version will appear at the top— every time. Even if you have 100 files, it's never a question which is the newest, "most final" version. You're welcome.
