7 ways I've been able to show appreciation to our most engaged customers over the past few months. ?? ?? Sending out lots of Orca Coins to redeem in our merch store (we even have snacks there). ?? Giving a customer a Ticketmaster gift card because I knew she was a big live music fan. ?? Giving a customer a gift card to a bookstore and a coffee shop because I knew she was a big reader. ?? Giving a customer a night out on HeyOrca to a local restaurant. ?? Giving a customer HeyOrca onesies for her twins since I knew she would be giving birth soon. ?? Hosting round table discussions for our most engaged customers on trending social media topics so we can learn from one another. ??
