You need to have your "House" in order before accepting guests You can't try to "clean up the house" as your guests are walking in to your house ? 5. Focus on CLEAR Communication in all directions, in many different forms and Frequently LISTENING is one of the greatest skills that can offer many answers to many issues in your patient experience matters ? 6. Focus on improving system processes and workflows that are inefficient and could be a safety risk! Take a hard look at Structure>Process>Outcomes ? 7. Cultivate a more healthy work environment, more inclusive.
