When we are coming into organisations, I mean obviously onboarding is a critical process for all of our clients, right, and so all of our prospects. And they, obviously, do everything in order to make that process as good as possible, right? And you have certain bits and pieces already available in an organisation, you have potentially a web form where a client can already provide certain data points. And then you call this, this is the "self onboarding" or you have some onboarding mechanisms in the core system like a CRM or core banking system. But basically when we go into an organisation, we usually see, well, there's bits and pieces, everywhere, but there's no real end-to-end onboarding journey. And for me, an end-to-end onboarding journey starts at the client and that can be both on the website, but also obviously at the advisor side. So basically the advisor who takes the client by the hand to go through such a journey. And then it entails everything from asking all the relevant questions on: What sort of services somebody wants to consume, what, who the involved parties are, who are the KYC? Well, what are the KYC relevant questions, then also collecting all the documents that you need in order to substantiate the case to basically know who's the counterparty and having all the proofs that you need to have in order to ensure that this is this case has enough evidence. And then obviously we also connect to the background check providers and data providers to get additional data points and that's that's part of then the whole risk assessment that a bank or financial institution does in order to then assess the full risk of such a client relationship. And after that, we also then ensure that the contracting is done correctly. So meaning that the forms that need to be signed by the client are being filled up, but also all the checklists are being filled up for archiving and auditing purposes and that the correct approval flow is being performed within the organisation and based on that, then once the client is onboarded that all the data is being sent into the core system in order to then perform all the transactions in the lifecycle of a client. And that's for me a real. end-to-end journey. And I think what we also then do with a lot of our clients, prospects first and then clients, is we identify what are the bits and pieces that are already there. Often like, for example, core system is non negotiable. But then we discuss how can we take the different pieces, how can we take the the elements that are good about these different pieces and put them together in one journey. And with that one journey, then deliver really that value that you need in order to have a great customer experience, but also on the other side to have a very efficient process that can be conducted very quickly and doesn't require a lot of resources.
