Interesting to see the Dutch government upgrading their public advice to now 72hour personal #preparedness with just a quarter of the population having an emergency kit according to polls. Three days self-sufficiency is not a huge ask but it would be good to see clear communications and a suite of easily accessible resources as exist in other European countries. https://lnkd.in/evfNtjAB #preparedness
