16 August 2024 Today, since early morning, a new security map was published to determine the safe area in the Deir al-Balah area, and some people were asked to evacuate their homes... You cannot imagine the amount of terror and fear that gripped all of us, especially my young children. I went through our stuff and checked what we could take with us and what we could leave behind. What are the priorities: canned food, clothes, flour, cooker, gas pipe, solar system, how we can move them all so quickly?? But other questions were running through my husband and my minds: Where will we go? Will we find a place for our tent? Is there a safe area where we can protect our children and go to? We live in a lot of anxiety and terror, and confusion because you do not have many options, the only hope that we have is to still alive and the broader is opened, so please don’t let us alone and help us!!
