For our Employee Spotlight of the Quarter, we're proud to shine a light on the wonderful Andrea Schwieger, our Client Experience Manager! Since joining Aspen RxHealth in October 2021, Andrea has played a key role in making sure daily operations run smoothly and that the needs of our client teams are met. She also works with Aspen’s internal teams to provide high-quality client experience. When did you start at Aspen RxHealth? What brought you here? I started with Aspen RxHealth in October 2021. Kay Aarrestad (Aspen RxHealth’s Director of Client Experience and Implementation) and I worked at our previous company together and she had already made the move over to Aspen RxHealth. When she needed to hire a new client experience manager, she contacted me and the rest is history. I knew instantly that it would be a great fit! What do you enjoy most about the Aspen RxHealth team? I enjoy the deep connections you are able to make with everyone on the team, regardless of their role. Aspen RxHealth’s culture is unmatched when it comes to caring for people on a personal level and you don’t find that everywhere. Even though everyone is so different, they take the time to get to know you, which strengthens our working relationships as well. What is the most rewarding part of your role? The most rewarding part of my role is working with our teams every day! I can’t speak highly enough of each person I am able to work with on a daily basis. Aspen RxHealth is also very supportive of career development and professional goals which is extremely rewarding!
