Buyers have questions on the area, especially those relocating - if a buyer views a property but they can’t have their questions answered on the area how can they be certain it’s where they want to live? Having knowledge is power and being able to answer questions gives me the power of being able to sell your home It’s not just about statistics from Rightmove & Land Registry. It’s about knowing: ?? Where to go for the best coffee ?? How long it takes to get to Central London ?? The Best Ofsted Schools in the area ??♀? Where are yoga classes locally ?? How long searches are taking with the Local Authority ?? How short is the walk to the closest pub ?? Agents will say it’s their job to know these things, but the truth is, they don’t always know.
