To achieve a just energy transition, some of this is going to start with something very basic, which is trust. So a lot of these people that are going into these rural communities have never spent time in a rural community. So which makes it even harder for them to understand what it means when these communities are so close to it, even when they're, you know, when we talk about political divisions, you know, we may vote differently, but in the community. You know, we still speak to each other at the store and we still may go to church together. We have to spend time going there building those relationships so that we can make sure that there's just energy transition. It takes that. Trust with an equity vision, I guess, is how I would say you really have to center equity in that conversation. And centering equity requires understanding that history of structural discrimination that's existed. And we're never going to get there successfully without that kind of owning the past as well as engaging the present.
