Busy season is upon us! Fall always seems to be the kickoff for education and training in the hospital setting. Summer PTO’s are winding down, and it is time to come back together. This week we will be in the OR- collaborating with our OR colleagues to provide a comprehensive training for L&D RNs. Noelle will be working in a low-fidelity role to allow our nurses to practice their OR training in a slow-paced, controlled, and judgement safe environment.
