? TECHNIQUE OF THE WEEK ? Bodyweight calf raises are great when you have limited equipment. Here are some top tips when incorporating them into your workout: ???? TEMPO - Pause for 2 seconds at the bottom of each rep. Attempt to pull your toes upwards in this position. Do not squeeze in the shortened position. ???? INTENSITY - If you're trying to really progress your calves, try taking these to the point where you can't perform even a partial rep. ????
