Samantha Ellwood was appointed chief executive officer of MHY Family Services in Adams Township. MHY Family Services is a nonprofit organization that supports at-risk youth and families with a focus on youth development, education and mental health. Ellwood will lead MHY’s strategic initiatives, programs and community partnerships, according to a news release.
