What, you know in today's world when people show up at your door, right? Sebastian Maniscalco does a really funny yeah skit on this, if you haven't seen it. He does a comedy routine where 20 years ago people come to the door and you're bringing them Donuts. Come on in. But these days, people are not used to people knocking on their front door. Invasion of privacy. How do you get around that? How do you work through that and how do you train your team? Yes, I mean, so there's pattern interrupt ways that you can break somebody's initial skepticism of you. I go to open mic comedy every Tuesday night and. Listen to the jokes and I don't get up. I'm just a observer in the audience. But I try to incorporate humor break U make people smile in the 1st 5 seconds. That's a big thing. I'm not trying to interrupt there. How important is the look of your staff? The professionalism I have seen, I mean frankly I've seen slobs that can talk and can still get it done. I believe the look is incredibly important. It might be one of the most important things and I'll give you an example. I know somebody whose life is just complete chaos, but they are, they are a soldier. They look like they're in the military. I like it. A swollen older. Yeah, an absolute unit. When you look at this person, you can see that they are in a routine and it makes them more trustworthy. Just subconsciously you are more likely to trust them. They can take care of themselves. They actually can. They have a horrible addiction probably. They like, they cannot take care of themselves, but they look like they can't. So I would say that it's a two-part series. Look good, be on time, take care of yourself. You want to communicate everything that you need to subconsciously because you don't have a lot of time at the door, but then also how you speak, how you carry yourself. Those things, those things are the second part.
