3 周Horrible Service, Lack of Communication Claim Delay & Bad Faith Action. My parents filed a claim for their broken AC on October 6 here it is November 7. We have yet to receive an estimate or a plan of repair every time we call customer service they are waiting on an update. A contractor came out on October 7 and that is the only action that was taking towards resolving this claim. The AC is dripping water, which has collected in the surrounding area Causing extensive mold which my family is breathing in 24 /7. Several of my family members are not experiencing headache and nausea due to mold contaminating the air. We have been a Loyal paid customer since 2022. We will not be renewing our warranty contract due to bad faith. They have not held up their end of the contract. We pay yearly for coverage and now that we are in need, we are being neglected. I am disgusted with the treatment from American residential warranty, which is issued in administered by AIG Warranty Services Of Florida Inc..
