Yesterday, we held the Land-Based Service Engineering Apprenticeship (LBSE) Employer Forum on campus. On the day, we were joined by representatives from dealerships, Case & New Holland (CNHI) who oversee and sponsor the programme, ARU and Writtle College. Writtle College, ARU and CNHI are three years into a high profile LBSE programme, where apprentices employed by CNHI dealership undertake a 3-year apprenticeship delivered in partnership by Writtle College and CNHI technical trainers, using state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. There are currently 76 apprentices on the programme, spread across a wide range of dealerships across the country, with the first cohort due to complete in 2025. ????Find out more about this innovative apprenticeship: https://lnkd.in/eJMJakyK

Thank you; ARU Wittle for hosting the day. James Freake of CNH for supporting the programme. Employers Ken Smyth - Doe's, Scott Sylvester - Haynes, John Jackson - Russell's for taking time out of busy schedules to provide valuable input. I am pleased to have represented TH White. All CNH employers, with an apprentice at the college, are welcome to join us for the next meeting in April 2025. This is our opportunity to help shape the apprenticeship scheme for our future.
