In Aba, there was this young entrepreneur from the city of Eyimba, named Adiele, who decided to start a logistics company. He had a brilliant idea, a strong work ethic, and a clear vision for success. But Adiele knew he couldn’t do it alone, so he started recruiting partners to help him build his dream. One of the first people he brought on board was his old friend, Tunde. Tunde was charming, outspoken, and seemed eager to be part of the business. Adiele believed they would make a great team. However, as the business grew, Tunde began to show a different side. He questioned Adiele’s decisions publicly, dismissed his ideas, and tried to sway the rest of the team to follow his lead. One day, during a critical meeting with a major client, Tunde interrupted Adiele’s pitch and took over the presentation. The client, confused by the lack of unity, walked away from the deal. This was the breaking point for Adiele. He realized that Tunde wasn’t there to build the business but to steer it in his direction. Instead of helping the company thrive, he was undermining its success because he couldn’t be the one in charge. Although, it was painful to lose a friend but Adiele had to make the tough decision of letting Tunde go. He replaced Tunde with someone who shared his vision and worked collaboratively.
