It varies from being a minor nuisance to severe AR: a debilitating disease with a significant impact on quality of life (QoL). In addition, AR has the potential to develop several #comorbidities including allergic #asthma. This meeting aims to define: ? Control in AR ? Remission and cure in AR ? Recurrence/exacerbation of AR ? Disease Modification in AR ? Advise on the prevention of AR ? Shortcomings in AR care ? Suggestions to improve AR care ? The incidence of asthma and other allergic diseases is increasing worldwide. Asthma is the most common chronic disease in children. This disease caused by genetic predisposition, such as a family history of allergic disease, and environmental factors, such as allergens, cigarette smoke, air pollution and dietary habits. The most important change in international and national guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of asthma in recent years is the recommendation that " puffers should not be used alone in the treatment of asthma, but should be taken together with inhaled cortisone, which is the main therapeutic drug". In other words, using inhaler that are only taken when you are out of breath to make you feel better for the moment can be a mistake. You should not put yourself and your breath at greater risk for fear of using cortisone. Take the medication your doctor has prescribed at the recommended dose. This disease can be completely controlled with preventive measures and regular use of the necessary medication. ?#worldasthmaday
