Through this visit, Philippine senators witnessed firsthand how SCBPOs—licensed and regulated businesses—operate at world-class standards and offer valuable services to international companies in regulated jurisdictions. As a result, we demonstrated that SCBPOs should not be included in the ongoing discussions around the ban on POGOs. Instead, they represent a legitimate, essential sector that contributes significantly to the Philippine economy.
