Here are the steps. 1. iPhone kharido 2. Tripod order karo 3. Open the camera and start recording. Bas ho gaya aur kya karna hai ? now that, iPhones are getting better at the camera toh every ig creator uses that but, If you grow and want to level up the game you need to have professional gear and the person who knows how to use them properly. Aur sirf camera se kuch nahi hota you also need to understand lighting, composition and color theory. Toh jitna easy dekhna me lagta hai utna hota nahi. Blackbird will be looking for a few Compositors to start work in November. Looking at 4-6 month contracts for comping shots on Feature and Long Form Streaming projects. Skill wise we usually hire mid or senior compositors but we're not adverse to juniors this time. That being said we would likely shy away from first-time hires just because you'd be jumping right into some busy shows and there's a limit to how much hand-holding we can provide. Artists need to be NSW based for the duration of work. Existing locals are preferable, as the period length isn't really conducive to us moving people, but if you're considering moving to Sydney then I suppose that works too but we are unlikely to consider financial support for a move here unless you're extremely senior. We'll also be looking for some other artist hires in the coming months for some long and short contract work ... which is kinda unusual for us because we mostly hire from our usual pool of regulars. It's a good time to talk to us if you've thought about doing so in the past. About Us: Blackbird is Awesome! We're a boutique VFX Studio located in Surry Hills, NSW and we do great work! Office hours are 9-6 and we try extremely hard to manage work-life balance for our teams so those hours are not exceeded. Our staff turnover is low, with 90% of our staff having been here for two or more years and we retained all our staff during the recent industry downturn. We care intensely about the people we work with and about creating a sustainable workplace with real passion for cinema and visual effects. I think this is the sort of place particularly suited to vfx artists who have been through the larger studio system and are looking for a more long term and less chaotic position. Final post in this week’s series looking at which countries have the largest populations of VFX professionals in various roles. 1 in 13 VFX workers at VFX studios in India are in Production, versus in 1 in 7 in the United States and United Kingdom, and 1 in 8 in Canada and Australia. The study looked at the 4644 Production positions, including VFX Producers, Production Managers, Coordinators and Production Assistants. As you'll see on the second slide, India has the highest overall headcount in Production -- unsurprising given that it’s the country with the most artists.
