Motivating your maintenance team is important. But how? Recognize them in team meetings or group messages. Take the time to understand what makes each team member excited. There’s nothing more demotivating than seeing someone get rewarded who didn’t earn it. I always ensure the recognition goes to the right person—trust me, the team notices. Back up your recognition with data! 5. ???????????????? ???????? ?????????????????????? ????????????: Maintenance guys are competitive by nature. I’ve found that creating fun, performance-based competitions brings out their best.
