I love this! I think being proactive is a really important quality which allows you to surprise and delight your clients while remaining on the offense. I hate chasing issues and feeling like I'm playing defense which also isn't a great look with clients when you are wanting to maintain your image of competency. I also like your call out for continuous improvement! I enjoy learning and challenging myself to do hard things.
