As a photographer, bathrooms present an interesting challenge. Often they are quite small, making it difficult to maneuver, plus the added problem of mirrors and other reflective surfaces. The lighting, especially if the room has a window, is often composed or a number of different colors. The goal becomes "how can I maintain the feel and atmosphere of the design (with the multitude of light colors), but balance out the image so it's not a distraction?" In this case, the bathroom was a clean bright marble texture, with 3 different colors of light. I can photoshop out mirror reflections, but I find it much easier, and more accurate, to just make a photograph of what the mirror reflects (the wall behind me), and fill that into the mirrors. architect: John P.
