Important data on #DCB "vs" #DES from the #RECCAGEFREE I study, presented by Patrick W. Serruys at #TCT 2024, showing that DCB was non inferior to DES in patients with small vessel disease, while DES was superior to DCB in patients with non small vessel disease in a prespecified subanalysis. One step further in choosing the right device for the right patient.

Small doubt with Ecmo and contrast for Tac. Patient with VA ecmo, needs tac with contrast, where do you put the contrast? Venous line? Arterial line? Pre post filter? Jugular line? Do you raise or lower the ecmo flow? Thanks for your answers
