Going for Small outdoor Bush Hikes on the weekend has been a growing new passion of mine when I get the time. ?How do you approach personal growth and self-improvement?? ?I think it's important to set yourself some achievable goals. Whether its developing new skills or having clear objectives this provides direction and motivation. I’m a strong believer in asking for Constructive feedback inside your team and more experienced individuals inside your field, this can provide valuable insights that help in identifying areas for improvement. ?What's something you've always wanted to learn or master?? ?Learning another language has been something I would love to achieve. If its possible a master of world travel would be a dream, I could never grow bored creating new memories in strange and other new places or seeing how other cultures live compared to Australia. ?How do you handle competing priorities or changing deadlines?? ?I personally like to Develop a realistic schedule or to-do list that allocates time for each task based on its priority and deadline. But also staying flexible understanding not everything is coming to come at you head on you must always expect the unexpected. Never becoming overwhelmed and always try to keep a calm level-headed attitude. ?Can you share an example of a time when you had to take initiative in the workplace?? ?Recently the team undertook a comprehensive cleanup of a waste transfer facility, this was an ongoing job that required multiple individuals to go above and beyond. Although this was a group task without the collective effort from everyone taking on the initiative throughout the job, the operation would not have proceeded as seamlessly. ?How do you handle stress or pressure in the workplace?? ?Prioritize tasks, set realistic deadlines, and break down large projects into smaller, manageable tasks has always helped me when trying to manage your time inside the workspace. #Environmental #Sustainability #Meettheteam #Scaada
