Nearly half of charitable donations are given in the month of December. ?? As many as half of those gifts are given in the last week of December. There is still time for you to engage your donors. Continue to build your relationship with them by treating each donor like a major donor. Thank them and share the impact of their giving. Personalize your appeals to do the following: WIN new donors. Create an engagement plan for those new donors you have acquired. KEEP your existing donors. Have a retention plan so you are not in a "donor in donor out" cycle. LIFT your existing donors to higher giving levels and active new major donors. #winkeeplift
