The latest presentation underscores the importance of applying the scientific method, showcasing significant successes in understanding this phenomenon through observations. Mainstream science lacks peer-reviewed publications on UAP, making it crucial to develop a framework based on observations to bridge the gap between natural and unexplained phenomena. Our research program focuses on enhancing public communication and education, a vital step in strengthening foundational knowledge in this area. Efforts to communicate the science behind UAP have faced challenges, with past information often hidden from public view. Despite obstacles like denials and over-classification, scientists are committed to advancing research, providing evidence, and potentially modernizing scientific disciplines. Further study in this field is essential for closing gaps, establishing a knowledge base, and enhancing work in technology applications related to energy. Meet climes' postdoctoral researcher Sanja! www.climes.se/research Sanja Duvnjak ?arkovi? is one of our postdoctoral researchers, positioned at Uppsala University’s Department of Earth Sciences. She completed her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, specializing in power systems, particularly Security of Supply. Sanja’s expertise includes mathematical optimization, data analysis, machine learning, and reliability analysis in power systems. ? Her current research focuses on the impacts of extreme weather on power systems and their societal implications. ODU Researchers Among Top 2% of Scientists in the World ?? More than three dozen current Old Dominion University experts can count themselves among the top 2% cited researchers worldwide in their field, according to a recently updated database from Stanford University. Selections are based on the top 100,000 scientists, classified into 22 scientific fields and 174 sub-fields, and reflect more than 55 countries spanning the globe from Argentina to Yemen. The list includes ODU experts from all seven academic departments in the College of Sciences, as well as several from the Darden College of Education and Professional Studies, Batten College of Engineering and Technology, Strome College of Business, Frank Reidy Research Center for Bioelectrics, and Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center.
