Thanks Property Week and Yardi for inviting me to join this morning’s discussion. Data and AI have such a role to play in real estate development, from quantifying user requirements based on how buildings are currently used so that we can better specify product through to more efficient design and construction. My key takeaway is that technological advances will not replace humans but enable us to work smarter and make better decisions.
