1 周Definitely a thought-provoking discussion of the role of Generative AI in arbitration. "Resistance Is Futile" doesn't quite capture the message, but close. Certainly a topic worthy of strenuous debate if arbitrators fail to understand the dangers of improper delegation, confirmation bias, etc. Much to discuss.
