Localized content must help sales. The same goes for a well revised paper. When I decided to work with French-speaking researchers from the Mediterranean region, I had services in mind, but then I realized that they need a SOLUTION. Translation/revision isn't enough; they need to publish the paper. That's why I set up a working approach that explains to the researcher at the outset that he/she has the right to Follow up and that it's included in the price they pay. Yes, there's an Extra fee for big changes—sometimes, reviewers ask to rewrite some parts and add explanations, but the extra fee is never too high. Beyond the linguistic side, what they really need is support after the reviewers have analyzed their paper. Research isn't easy: a paper submitted in February may not be accepted until October, so BEYOND WORDS LINGUISTIC SERVICES FOR FRANCOPHONE RESEARCHERS wants that: to accompany researchers until PUBLICATION.
