There is an opportunity to truly rethink empty office towers and give them a fresh start, a new incarnation and a renewed sense of purpose that makes them truly relevant and useful in this new era - and beyond. To reimagine the former office towers we need to continuously learn and improve and not create static programs with no flexibility. To successfully repurpose empty office towers they need to be designed for ongoing evolution and adaptation. The days of launching a tower for just a single use and then walking away - are officially over. We must start to treat them as living, evolving ecosystems that are always incorporating new learnings. The Meeting and Conference Rooms, covering around 70 sqm, are positioned to maintain confidentiality, with glazed walls providing a balance between visibility and privacy. A 1.2 m wide corridor links these rooms for efficient connectivity.? The 230 sqm Workstation area is directly connected to these spaces, with circulation routes that facilitate easy navigation between work and leisure areas, supporting overall functionality.
