As I gazed out the window of my office, I couldn't help but wonder if hotel sales was a dying art. I had heard whispers that the industry was shifting, that travelers were changing the way they booked and experienced hotels. But I knew better. I saw how the industry was evolving, how travelers were craving unique experiences and personalized touches. I adapted, focusing on experiential sales, digital marketing, and revenue management. One day, a potential client, a large corporate group, reached out to our hotel. They wanted something special, something that would wow their attendees. I saw an opportunity.
