Can you tell us about your journey at Amazon and what led you to your current role as a recruiter for Amazon AGI? Over 3 years ago, I was tapped on the shoulder by an old Recruiting Manager to join and support the recruiting efforts to build out Alexa AI. Fast forward to 2025, I now support Amazon AGI, the team creating state-of-the-art foundation models that deliver frontier intelligence and industry leading price-performance on Amazon Bedrock. ?? What types of roles is AGI hiring for? There’s a lot of unique opportunities here at Amazon. What advice do you have for someone who wants to start their career in the AGI space? What was new, is no longer new, as the world of AGI is rapidly evolving! That said, ideally, we’re looking for talent who can bridge the gap between different domains, think creatively about complex problems, and work well in highly collaborative environments.
