What an inspiring few days at #davos. I facilitated a panel at an event on the Evolution of Mental Health. The event covered trends in mental heath innovation, the investment landscape, solutions for mental health at work, and bridging old and new worlds. On this panel (and there were 3 more panels!), I learned from: * Vlad Gheorghiu, Co-Founder of Kyan Health expertly discussed how to bridge the 'knowing-doing' gap through personalised diagnostics and solutions when it comes to boosting employee health and resilience. * Marcus Grüschow from MGME Neurotech highlighted the role of predictive analytics in self-awareness, detection, and prevention of burnout. They are detecting stress through your pupils! * Greg Carrette from True Nature retreats showed us how leaders can regulate their nervous systems through breath, and cultivate more empathetic leadership through the safe (and legal) use of psychedelics. * Shawn Lesser shared his inspiring journey to launch the Real Mental Health Foundation and the role of conversation and human connection to challenge the stigma surrounding mental health. Thank you to Convergence Partners, Kodori Ventures, European Brain Council, and IMD for hosting this awesome event.
Very happy to have made your acquaintance Alyson! And thanks for moderating our panel.
Thank you Alyson for continuing to raise awareness around this important topic. Post-Covid, our work and private lives have become more 'blurred' and therefore, we all have a role to play with our teams, our peers, our friends and family members to provide concrete and tangible tools to improve mental health in society.
Great moderation Alyson Meister, PhD and many great insights shared by the panel members. So good to see that the WEF is giving mental health a platform for sharing and learning.
Thanks for the expert moderation of the panel and, more broadly, for your exciting work in the space of mental health at work! Excited to keep in touch for the future
Well done Alyson Meister, PhD! So great to finally meet up here in the Swiss Alps, next stop London! ??

1 年Thanks Alyson, I am very grateful to be in the time more and more people talking about mental health and see it as one of important drivers for future-proof success. I learned that "uncertainty" seems plays an disproportional role in the root cause. and how leaders can navigate team through uncertainty counts even more. do you have input on this? P.s Will there be any recording of the davos session? congrats again!
