My track and field career, I think it just really taught me a lot of lessons, you know, throughout and it was a great experience, but also a lot of learnings. So it really I got to a place in my career, I think where things really shifted. You know, I started going through a lot of real life scenarios and I think I started to understand my platform more and I, I realized that, you know, I'm here to do more than just run fast and at that point, you know, launched the first company in sage and. And then, you know, this momentum around women's sports, um, just made me feel like I want to bring all the knowledge that I had learned and gathered to help others and to help women, you know, really navigate things. And so I think it's really just been all that experience that has led me to this point.
