With our investment in state-of-the-art equipment, we are able to produce prescription and supplement bottles, various containers for janitorial use, and small and micro-molded components. Our plastic molding operations include various processes: custom, injection micro, injection blow, extrusion, and injection stretch blow molding. These are produced in an ISO 9001-certified facility. Well, we are an injection molding company. And this view shows only 20% of our total facility in Tennessee. What you see in this image is our sister company Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering, Inc. At each Baxter location in Tennessee and South Carolina, we have the capability in-house to perform preventative maintenance, repairs and service on our injection molding tools. This allows for a quick turnaround when we have challenges in production or simply want to make adjusts to tools to improve the quality of our products. And at our Michigan facility, not only can we perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and service, we also have the capability to design and build injection molding tools. Here’s a picture of our PLüMAT Packaging Systems and Administration building, including our new expansion. With 75 dedicated employees, we now operate across a 3,500m2 production area, supported by an 820m2 clean room (class C and D) and a 900m2 warehouse.
