Over the last 18 months Lakshan and I have built a strong community of 250+ coaches. We often come across questions like: 1. What should I do if a client asks for advice? 2. What should I do when I see other coaches acting unethically? 3. What should I do if I suspect a colleague is not following ethical guidelines? 4. How do I separate ethical rules from my own values when making coaching decisions? 5. How should I handle confidentiality when the organization sponsoring the coaching wants updates on the client's progress? Since our community is growing at a rapid pace we keep hearing a lot of questions related to ethics.
