Mondays can be tough, and especially for me, they are but here’s a little routine that helps me ease into the week: First off, no Sunday work - I need that time to completely switch off. It makes a huge difference in how I feel on Monday morning. Then, I start the day with something simple - a quiet coffee, a quick stretch, or just a few deep breaths. It’s all about starting slow and steady. I like to keep my to-do list short and realistic. No point in overwhelming myself before the week even starts. And lastly, I remind myself it’s okay to take breaks. A few minutes of fresh air or a quick walk or just listening to a 4 minute song really keeps me going.
