Whole, healthy human brain data is now available on the Allen Brain Cell Atlas!????? This dataset includes more than three million cells sampled from dissections from three adult donors. Samples were assayed using single-nucleus RNA sequencing and the resulting cells were clustered and categorized by neurotransmitter type, region, anatomical division, sex, and subject.
