Water-cooled plate, also called battery liquid-cooled plate, is one of the core components of the thermal management system of new energy vehicle power batteries. It consists of the battery liquid cooling plate, water distribution pipeline and refrigeration/liquid supply system (including compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, dry filter, etc.). The liquid cooling plate is a key component and is responsible for passing the internal flow The coolant in the channel transfers heat to control the battery's operating temperature. I am thrilled to introduce the?Portable Purification Systems PVS Series?from Parker Hannifin. These state-of-the-art systems are designed to purify your system’s oil on-site, even in the most demanding environments, and are available in several models including?PVS 185, 600, 1200, 1800, and 2700. Working Principle ??Contaminated oil is drawn into the system by a vacuum of 846.5 millibars (25 In/Hg). ??The oil passes through an in-line low-watt density heater where it is heated to an optimum temperature of 66°C (150°F). ??The oil then enters the distillation column where it is exposed to the vacuum through the use of special dispersal elements. This increases the exposed surface area of the oil and converts the water to vapor form, which is then drawn through the condenser by the vacuum pump. ??The water-free oil falls to the bottom of the column and is removed by a heavy-duty lube oil pump. This pump forces the dry oil through a final particulate removal filter. ??Clean oil passes out of the unit, back to the reservoir – and into the system. These systems are perfect for various applications including?Paper Mills, Steel Mills, Power Generation, and Industrial/Aerospace Test Stands. They feature automatic operation, ease of maintenance, and are conveniently portable. Plus, they come with a number of features such as a condensate holding tank, forklift guides, programmable thermostat, automatic operation, reverse pole switch/phase fail, high-temperature safety circuit, and circuit breakers utilized in the electrical panel. Matcon Limited have a new product!! Handling high temperature powder used to create challenges to IBCs and discharge stations - not anymore!! There is now no need to cool material simply to transport it from A to B as you had no means to discharge it hot. Just think of the savings you could have made on that expensive powder cooler, imagine how much smaller it could have been if you were only cooling the powder to 200C!
