In sights from a creative call with a client- I had a creative call with a new client and some of their "new client" questions were worth sharing, as they could be helpful to others thinking about entering into the audio advertising space. 1. appliance and audience- How will your message be heard? In car radio Streaming Podcasting Targeted Audio While the message and voice can be the same across all audio platforms, you have the unique opportunity to customize the message by channel. Radio- open arms & speak to everyone Podcasting- these people are most like listening on earbuds- talk to them with one on one language, they are usually the only person listening 2. ROI/ Call to action elements- Do you want people do something or justify your audio spend? Asking someone to give the secret word when the come in or other things similar rarely work because the reward isn't worth the work. People don't want to look cheap (like they need the discount) People know they heard your audio ad (that's why they showed up) don't embarrass them with a pop quiz of where they last heard you If these questions and concerns are for "tracking the success", I can provide much better ways to "test" things and better yet, let's provide a compelling and informational offer that will make your cash register ring, drive leads and clicks!
