On Thursday, Oct. 17th, the Women’s Committee brought in a panel of experts who provided a comprehensive overview of AI’s impact, discussing its advantages and challenges, particularly within the corporate real estate industry. The discussion centered around leading AI companies like Microsoft, Google, and OpenAI, highlighting their role in shaping the future of AI. The interconnection of these technologies with other tools was emphasized as a driving force for innovation across industries, including real estate.? One takeaway is that AI presents exciting opportunities to streamline?operations and enhance the user experience in corporate real estate. ?Some specific AI applications discussed were:?lease extraction and contract management, design and user experience enhancement, and space utilization.? While the audience was extremely engaged and the overall feeling was positive toward AI, there was a dynamic conversation about the real concerns people have regarding potential security breaches, potential job displacement, and the level of accuracy in the AI outputs that companies would need to consider?before fully integrating these technologies. Team CoreNet NJ Jets seized the thrilling opportunity by participating in the Special Olympics Plane Pull event at Newark International Airport. This awe-inspiring fall fundraiser event saw over 30 teams come together to support the Special Olympics of New Jersey. Team CoreNet NJ was able to raise $1,700 in donations!
