If there's anything that people take out of this webinar, it's that insurance is done together. It's done when the retailer and the wholesaler and the underwriter all work collaboratively as partners to achieve a final result that is good for everybody. I don't know why you would want to just. Waste your time going to sit through a designation course just to pass the test just to get a designation. I don't. I'd rather have no designations and have the knowledge than have designations and nothing. And the great part about professional is you know you get to learn something new every day. You get to try to do your best to serve the businesses that come to you in a way that will protect them when they need it. And it's never a dull moment when COVID came all. That stuff changed, man. It's not difficult to get the education you need, and it's also not expensive. It just requires a little bit of commitment to start it. And then the effort to see it through to completions with our agents is explain the renewal in terms of math. So that the retailer can explain it to their clients. You have good relationships with your carriers, your underwriters, your wholesalers. You might as well forget it because you need them in order to handle the needs of the clients and prospects. If you don't have those relationships, you don't have a business. I just figured out a long time ago that if I can make my submission is complete, as it possibly can be, and give the underwriter the entire story, good, bad or otherwise, in many cases, it's going to be the difference between whether or not I even get a quote. Then once I do get a quote, we can start talking about is the pricing gonna be the best or not? You're gonna get into professional liability. There are a lot of people that hold themselves out as experts, but the way to differentiate yourself in professional liability is to actually be an expert.
