I've been finding the Alcor Academy program a massively valuable course for both experienced developers and newer developers alike. I think the topics they cover and their willingness to engage in healthy debate is really positive in fostering the development of strong skills surrounding TDD and Mob/Pair Programming (and future topics still to come as we progress through the modules)
