?? **Excited to share a new milestone!** ?? I recently completed my **Yellow Belt Certification**, focusing on **INF Reduction and Bin Accuracy** improvement. This journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m thrilled to have worked on several impactful initiatives. Here are a few key actions I implemented: **Key Initiatives:** - Daily Sample Audit:- Regular audits of fresh and RC inventory putaway, including Poisson tests on putter accuracy. - Refresher Training:- Provided refresher training for the picking process, emphasizing high-activity picker movements. - Stock Take:- Developed a dedicated team for stock checks in MTS locations. - 1 BIN 1 FSN Initiative:- Improved bulk quantity management for better accuracy. - CCTV Audit:- Monitored PV processes during night shifts using CCTV. **Results & Benefits:** - Reduced bin inaccuracies from 2 lac DPMO to 0 DPMO, significantly improving operational efficiency.
