Do what you say you will is so simple but such a pro tip. Not many folks do it!
And then don’t stop…
After asking good questions and listening even more closely, don't be afraid to "double-click" on your question to further understand your customer. It is then that you can position yourself to provide true value. You don't always need to jump to the next question on your list.
it's simple but it's not easy. the better a listener you are, the better your chances of success.
Being a reliable resource to the customer. If you don’t have the answers, simply say “let me get back to you “ and find someone who can help.
Be a great teammate and bring a contagious positive attitude to your customers and colleagues

3 个月Great list AJ Henty Be SUPER organized… especially at the beginning. Planning out your day(s) and week(s) while you’re the associate is key to success. Also understand that as well as you plan, there will be wrench after wrench thrown into that plan lol. How do you respond to those intense situations? Spend your free time always getting better. There’s so much information out there. If you seek it you can find it. Get in cases and watch how your successful senior guys/gals run their business. Ask a zillion questions. Show them you want to learn by not only being observant and respectful (not on your phone ??) but also a follow up to those cases with questions.
