Introducing group work for adolescents through this group I am facilitating: *Navigating Identity, Peer Relations and More: Group for Teens!* The goal is to understand and explore our choices and how we perceive ourselves to facilitate identity building. The focus will also be on relationships with peers by noticing different kinds of friendships, groupism and figuring out where one feels belonged. There will also be room for other themes surrounding these that are experienced by the group participants. We will be using modalities of talk therapy and expressive therapies like movement and art to build on the above. The group sessions are designed to be informative, empowering, and transformative. Help yourself(if you’re a teen reading this) or your teen take the first step towards building awareness at a personal and social level. Sign Up Now: www.cutt.ly/teengroup

Neurodiversity is a term that highlights the beautiful variations in brain function and development among children. Neurodiverse children may think, learn, and process information differently. These differences aren’t deficits, but rather unique strengths and challenges that, when recognized and supported, can lead to incredible success in life. It’s crucial that we, as educators, caregivers, and advocates, foster environments where these strengths are celebrated, and challenges are met with empathy and understanding. By embracing neurodiversity, we’re not just supporting individuals, we’re enriching society as a whole. Check out the slide to learn more about how we can work together.?By embracing their differences, we can unlock their full potential and foster a more innovative and creative society.
