I am reminded of the saying 'waste is a verb, not a noun.' The environmental and social benefits of this are immeasurable - but they are quantifiable. Reduce, Reuse and Recycle - also requires 'Rethinking' - how can this be used? By whom? Can it be useful in it's current form? Modified? Or recycled into new products.
