Oga President Mr. Tinubu and associates, please this message is quite different from what the demands of the protesters are saying. Some of the things they are asking for are; 1. You recently increased the electricity bill, that bill should cut down by 80% because there is no power supply anywhere. 2. You recently increased fuel price, that fuel price should be cut down by 80% because the fuel subsidy scam is getting us weak and tired. 3. Sell crude to both NOCs and IOCs in Naira so that everyone will enter market to source for our currency the way we are sourcing for Pounds, Dollars and Euros. This one will help make foreign currencies equivalent to Naira.

Who are we? A placement servicer/provider. We are 2nd chance housing. Who do we service? The underserved- Homeless, Veterans, Felons(re-entry) Foster care, Our Sober Community, Men, Women Are we religious based? No. The name is in honor of a Veteran killed in Germany. We respect and support everyone individual beliefs. Do we do backgroung checks? No Do we do credit checks? No Length of stay? Long and short term(3 month min.) How are the homes? Private rooms and shared rooms. Clients are placed in a homes with others of the same situation. Why? To help and support each with the similiar struggles.

This is the direction we must pursue! One cannot provide what one lacks. It is unreasonable for the government to demand austerity from the public while officials indulge in opulence. Such behaviour is against moral principles. Implementing a genuine lean approach in governance is crucial to minimize waste. The economy faces challenges with declining national revenue, high level of debt, a rising inflation rate, and other economic indicators showing downward trends. Building resilience now requires cutting waste in all forms across all tiers of government and concentrating on areas of comparative advantage. The impact of the recently prohibited protest is becoming evident. Honesty, I would have preferred a comprehensive and inclusive negotiation to such a dangerous and unpredictable protest. If this is the only way to communicate with our leaders, it raises serious concerns. The public is also rapidly adapting to these circumstances. I just hope this will not be the new normal.

Sometimes, letting the engineering team speak to the real problems can motivate the client towards real solutions. This whole notion of sales teams and engineering teams not being on the same page is a problem that I continually have to solve for companies, when brought in to handle "system issues". Sales teams provide feedback for engineers on the customer experience, and defines the fiscal opportunity/risk. Engineering teams provide insights to sales on design decisions, scheduling, known solutions, and should be the metric for a businesses productivity levels. It's very common for sales and engineering teams to not be on the same page, and the worst part of it is the number of companies who are okay keeping these skeletons in the closet - because who wants to take responsibility for the problem when it's you? #engineeringproblems #technicaldebt #brokencode #spaghetti #cicd #mismanagement #guidelines #regulations #procedures #mobileapp #softwaredeveloper

After the Ourspace chapter closed, it took me a while to find what I was looking for next. Shutting down my startup was the most introspective I've ever been about my career. I thought a lot about what I wanted to opt into, and more importantly what I wanted to opt out of. Circuit is the outlier I was looking for - bootstrapped, profitable, intentionally small, and exciting yet sustainable growth. Equally as important, I was looking for a place that's as intentional about *how* they work as *what* they work on. And when I say intentional, I mean it: We don't use Slack, OKRs, or scrum. And there are very, very few meetings. All of this is by careful design. And takes immense courage to not simply mirror "normal" ways of working just because everyone else is doing it. It's this kind of nonconformity that got me especially excited about working with Jack Underwood and the team at Circuit. Onward!
