Air Systems, Inc., an EMCOR company, recently completed a project for the new Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Facility/Behavioral Health Services Center at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA. They were awarded the HVAC contract (dry side duct and wet side piping) and managed the controls sub-contractor for the installation of the building management system. ? The project included:? -Three supply air handling units (AHUs) -Three exhaust AHUs -Sixteen roof exhaust fans -Twelve air-source heat pumps Twenty-eight fan coil units -Over seven-hundred supply/exhaust air valves along with ten pumps for the chilled and hot water systems All trades were also fully coordinated through BIM, and the in-house detailing team at Air Systems completed the BIM coordination for their scope of work. #HVAC #Mechanical #HVACcontrols #BIM #California?
