Shrimp Fajita Bowl 4.80 ounces colored peppers 1.76 ounces green onions 7 ounces of cooked shrimp 1/4 cup of of cilantro 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp of cumin 1/4 tsp of garlic powder 4 tablespoons of guacamole 1 tablespoon of salsa Sauté peppers and green onion in pan sprayed with olive oil spray. Add seasonings and shrimp. Toss. Plate and top with guac and salsa and cilantro! 1 serving: 1 leanest, 3 greens, 2 servings of healthy fats, 3 condiments

Hawaiian Fried Rice ???? A taste of paradise in every bite! This vibrant fried rice is bursting with island flavors and textures . ? What You’ll Need: ?? Cooked rice ?? Egg ?? Pineapple chunks ?? Shredded carrots ?? Chopped onion ?? Ham or Spam (diced) ?? Peas ?? Shrimp (optional) ?? Soy sauce ?? Coconut aminos (optional) ?? Vegetable oil ? How to Make It: 1?? Scramble the egg and set aside. 2?? Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Stir-fry onions and carrots until softened. 3?? Add ham/spam, shrimp (if using), and pineapple. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. 4?? Add cooked rice and peas. Stir-fry until heated through. 5?? Push rice to one side of the pan, add the egg and soy sauce/coconut aminos. Stir to combine then mix everything together. 6??
